In life, we have experiences that shape us. Some of these experiences have a major influence on how we view ourselves and how we view the world around us. These experiences may impact confidence, relationships, and ability to cope. Each day may involve work stress, family stress, relationship stress, and financial stress. Ideally, we want to find a way to healthily manage all that life entails. We want to learn and find new ways to navigate through our own lives with more balance and positivity.
At Hope Therapy Community Counseling Center we challenge traditional definitions of therapy. Our goal is not to "fix" you and then send you away. Instead, we wish to provide you with tools and resources that you can carry with you for a lifetime and that our center can be an enduring and compelling resource for you.
At the end of therapy, we hope that your symptoms will have mostly gone away and you will have developed an enduring appreciation for your strengths and understanding of yourself.
